How to order the printed boxes from us?

1. Sending request for quote

Amity Packaging is a custom packaging manufacturer and supplier . You can have the custom size, printing, finish and design for the package that you need.

The details confirmation is a little annoying, but it worths the hard-work and time. It would be really ugly if the box turned out too small to hold your products. Below are the packaging details that are of the most importance.

Your artwork: the artwork shows us the size,the structure, the color printing details of your printed packaging. Our sales check the artwork carefully to see if there is any problem for the printing. Usually there are font missing problems if the text in the artwork is not outlined and your designer uses some special fonts.

Size: also we will ask you for the size of the printed packaging box, bag or sticker… to make sure that the size is the same as your printed artwork. Usually you need specify whether the size is the inner size or the outer size. This assures that the printed box fits your product perfectly.

Delivery time: How soon would you like to get the products? This is very important if this is an urgent project for you. Then we will see if we can put your production ahead of our production.

Paper Material to be Used: We need know accurately what paper material you would like to use for your product. It would be nice if you could send us a sample to check the material. This will be very helpful.

Also we need confirm with you what kinds of finish you would like to apply to the surface.

Free Dieline Templates: Our design department provide the free box dieline and you can just simply let your print designer put the graphic design on the template.

2. Quote

We are a leading provider of printed packaging solutions in East China. We offer competitive rates and prioritize high-quality printing and efficient turnaround times. Tell us about your packaging needs at step 1, and we’ll provide a personalized quote.

3. Charing sample fee if necessary

A well-made sample box is crucial for ensuring a smooth mass production process, and the sample processes are exactly the same as mass production, we will have to charge a basic running cost for printed sample, we will refund the sample fee when you place the order. Usually the sample fee is around $200 to $300 dollar.

4. Making Samples and Confirmation

Sample time usually takes around a week, then send to you for confirmation

5. Deposit

Once you are happy with our sample, please send the PO to us and arrange the deposit, usually the deposit is 30% to 50% of the total amount.

6. Mass production

We will arrange mass production once we receive your deposit, the turnaround time usually takes two weeks.

7. Inspection (QC by your team or third party) if necessary

When the mass production is done, we welcome you to visit our factory to inspect the goods or please book a third party to inspect the products according to your request.

8. Shipping

Once the QC is passed, we will arrange the shipping according to your request.
